Whereas I
Now I do hereby declare this testament writing to be a codicil to my said Will and I direct the same to be assigned thereto and taken as part thereof I give and bequeath All my Oak, Ash and Beech Timber lying and being at Oxlinch or elsewhere thereto unto my friends John Stephens and Walter Cadogan therein Executors Administrators and Assigns upon trust that they my said trustees or the survivor of them has Executor or Administrators do and shall sell the same immediately after my decease in such manner and for such place as they or he may think proper and out of the monies to arise from such sale I direct my said Trustees to pay to my Daughter Nancy Collett the sum of nine pounds which she advanced to enable me to pay for the said timber.
And I
direct that the residue of the said monies shall be offered as and towards the
payment of my financial expenses and debts.
And I confirm the devise to my said Daughter Nancy Collett contained in
my said Will in satisfactory of all former debt due from and to her. And I hereby confirm my said Will in every
other respect except where the same is hereby altered in witness whereof I the
